About TPO Roofing
TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is a single-ply reflective roofing membrane installed with hot-air welded seams. TPO is the most widely specified low-slope commercial roofing membrane in North America thanks to its Energy Star reflective white surface, chemical resistance, and long service life. ADC Roofing is certified to install every major TPO system: GAF EverGuard® and EverGuard Extreme®, Carlisle Sure-Weld®, Holcim Elevate (formerly Firestone UltraPly™), Johns Manville JM TPO, and Versico VersiWeld®. We handle roof condition assessment, tear-off, insulation and cover-board design, mechanical or fully-adhered attachment, and NDL (No-Dollar-Limit) warranty registration.

- 45, 60, and 80 mil thicknesses available

- Hot-air welded seams stronger than the membrane itself
- 10, 15, 20, and 30-year NDL warranties available
