Gutter Systems

Seamless Gutters, Installed Right

Seamless aluminum and copper gutter systems, oversized downspouts, and micro-mesh leaf protection engineered for DFW rain events and Texas trees.

Gutters are the roof system's drainage backbone. When they're undersized, mis-pitched, or clogged, water backs up under shingles, rots fascia, floods flowerbeds, and undermines foundations — an especially expensive problem across DFW's expansive-clay soils.

ADC installs 5-inch and oversized 6-inch seamless K-style aluminum gutters, plus half-round copper for architectural and historic homes. Every system is machine-formed on-site to the exact length of your roofline — no field seams to leak, no cheap crimped joints.

We size the system to your actual rainfall load, upgrade downspouts to 3x4-inch where roof area demands it, and install proper splash blocks or underground drainage to move water well away from the foundation.

What’s Included

Seamless K-Style & Half-Round

Our Process

  1. 1

    On-Site Assessment

We measure roofline, check current pitch, and identify problem areas — overflow points, foundation impact, fascia damage.

  2. 2

    System Design & Quote

You get a line-item quote with gutter size, downspout locations, guard option, and color. All decisions before we cut metal.

  3. 3

    Fascia & Prep

Any rotted fascia or drip edge is replaced before new gutters go up. Clean substrate = long life.

  4. 4

    On-Site Forming & Install

Aluminum coil is formed on-site to your exact roofline. Hidden hangers screwed into rafter tails at proper spacing. Downspouts terminated to drain away from foundation.

  5. 5

    Water Test & Warranty

Full flush test to confirm pitch and drainage. You receive workmanship warranty and manufacturer material warranty in writing.

Built for DFW Weather

DFW gets short, heavy rain events that overwhelm undersized gutters, followed by dry stretches that make expansive-clay soils shrink and shift. Getting water 5+ feet from the foundation isn't optional — we spec oversized downspouts and, where the site allows, buried extensions to prevent slab movement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need 5-inch or 6-inch gutters?

For most DFW single-family homes with typical eave lengths, 5-inch handles the load. For homes with long roof runs, steep pitches, or metal roofing (which sheds water faster), we recommend 6-inch to prevent overflow.

Are gutter guards worth it?

Micro-mesh stainless guards are worth it in DFW, especially under oak, pecan, and cedar. Cheap plastic 'reverse curve' guards are not — they clog and freeze. We only install stainless micro-mesh.

How long do aluminum gutters last?

Properly installed seamless aluminum gutters typically last 20+ years. Copper lasts 50+. Hangers and downspouts may need service at the 10–15 year mark.

Can you match my existing gutter color?

Yes. We stock 20+ standard baked-enamel colors and can match most HOA-approved palettes in Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Westlake, and Flower Mound.

Do you replace gutters at the same time as the roof?

Very often, yes — it's typically cheaper to do them together because the crew is already on-site and drip edge, fascia, and gutter interface are handled as one system.
