Who we are

American Dream Construction, LLC (ADC Roofing) is a roofing contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and project details — name, phone number, email address, property address, roof type, insurance-claim status, photos you upload, and any message you send through our forms, quote builder, roof calculator, or AI chat assistant.
• Agreement and signature data — when you e-sign a contingency agreement, work agreement, or certificate of completion, we record your typed or drawn signature, the date and time, and the IP address used to sign, as required to make the document enforceable under the U.S. E-SIGN Act.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Account information — if you create an account or a team member signs in to our internal portal, we store an email address and authentication records.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent on the site.
• Advertising identifiers — click identifiers such as Google Ads gclid, plus UTM campaign parameters, so we can tell which ad or search led to an inquiry.
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address, or precise location only if you explicitly allow it (for example when using the roof measuring tool).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from lead sources, advertising platforms, insurance carriers or adjusters involved in your claim, and public property records, in each case to evaluate and service your roofing project.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry, schedule inspections, and prepare estimates.
• Perform the roofing work, order materials, and manage warranties.
• Assist with insurance claims and supply supporting documentation.
• Process payments, deposits, and financing applications.
• Send service updates, appointment reminders, and — with consent — marketing.
• Measure marketing performance and attribute conversions to campaigns.
• Detect fraud and spam, secure our systems, and keep required business records.
• Comply with legal, tax, licensing, and insurance obligations.

• Contract — to provide an estimate or perform roofing work you requested.
• Consent — analytics and advertising cookies, marketing email, and SMS.
• Legitimate interests — site security, fraud prevention, and improving our services.
• Legal obligation — tax, accounting, warranty, and licensing records.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories:

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (routing, form submission, fraud prevention, session security). Always on; these do not require consent.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, to understand which pages and content visitors find useful. Off until you accept.
• Marketing — Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to measure ad performance and show relevant offers. Off until you accept.

Analytics and marketing tags load only after you accept the corresponding category in our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2 signals are set accordingly). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser settings, after which the banner reappears on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block cookies globally and send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as an opt-out of targeted advertising where required by law.

Calls, texts and SMS consent

If you provide a phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your roofing inquiry, inspection, or project. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls may be recorded for quality and training where permitted by law; you will be notified at the start of a recorded call.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only for the purposes described above:

• Go High Level — our CRM, for lead management and follow-up.
• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage, and hosting of our backend functions.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — Analytics, Ads, Maps, and Search Console (subject to your consent choices).
• Meta — advertising measurement (subject to your consent choices).
• Email and SMS providers — to deliver transactional and consented marketing messages.
• AI providers — to power our on-site assistant (see below).
• Subcontractors, suppliers, insurers and adjusters — where needed to perform your project or your claim.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy).

Sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may constitute "sharing" or a "sale" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California and similar state laws. You can opt out at any time by declining the marketing category in our cookie banner, enabling a Global Privacy Control signal, or emailing info@adcroofing.com. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Data retention

• Leads that do not become customers — up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
• Customer project records, contracts and signed agreements — retained for the life of the workmanship warranty plus applicable statutes of limitation (generally up to 10 years in Texas).
• Payment and tax records — as required by law, generally 7 years.
• Analytics data — retained per Google Analytics settings, typically 14 months.
• AI chat transcripts — up to 12 months.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, row-level security on our database, and least-privilege permissions for staff. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators as required by law.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including Texas (TDPSA), California (CCPA/CPRA), other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, the EEA/UK (GDPR), and Canada (PIPEDA) — you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold and request a copy (portability).
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information, subject to legal and contractual exceptions.
• Opt out of targeted advertising, sale/sharing, or profiling.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise a right, email info@adcroofing.com with the subject "Privacy Request," or call (844) 893-7326. We will verify your identity (usually by confirming details you already gave us) and respond within 45 days, or one month for GDPR requests, and will tell you if we need an extension. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

If we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our decision; EEA/UK residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International data transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers process data in the U.S. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved transfer mechanism.

AI assistant and automated tools

Our site offers an AI chat assistant and estimating tools. Messages you send are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses and may be reviewed by our staff to improve service quality. Please do not submit sensitive information (for example government IDs, financial account numbers, or health details) into the chat. Estimates generated by our calculators are informational only and are not a binding quote; no decision with a legal or similarly significant effect is made about you solely by automated means.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, technology, or the law changes. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a prominent notice on the site. Prior versions are available on request.
