Had this company come out to look at doing some repairs on my roof. They ended up nailing down some things that came up during the wind storms at no charge. They are super nice, friendly and funny. Great team. I will be doing business with them in the future.

Our Residential Roof Replacement & Installation Process

Inspection

Before we start fixing your roof, we carefully check it.

This helps us find any problems and come up with ways to make things better.

We also talk about the plan for the project, material, colors, timeframe and other important details to make everything go easy.

Our approach is to make every detail as transparent as possible, to avoid any  misunderstanding in the future.

Inspection

Inspections are the foundation for any successful roofing project.

Materials Deliverability

Your chosen roofing material will be delivered just before the work starts, preferably in the morning or the day before the afternoon.

It gives us a quick head start on the project.

Crew Members Arrive

Installers will arrive after material delivery.

We will ensure our vehicles don’t block your home’s passageway.

Afterward, we will place tarps around the house to protect against debris harm or property damage.

We maintain our safety protocol very strictly.

Old Roof Ripping Off

After ensuring the house is protected with tarps, installers will remove your previous roofing shingles.

We avoid installing new roofing material over the old ones to prevent any potential leakage or other issues.

Once removed, your gutters will be cleared of blockages or debris.

If needed, we will install a brand-new gutter and guard system for your home.

This process also helps us assess the condition of your deck, determining whether it is rotten or not.

On-going

As you can see, the tarp is placed on the house. The old materials are slowly being ripped off.

Deck Replacement

If your deck is in poor condition, we’ll remove the old decking and install a new one before adding our new shingles.

After all, the deck is the foundation and it has to be in a solid position to support the new material.

Shingle Installation

After replacing the deck, we proceed with installing underlayments, drip edges, starter shingles, and the actual shingles.

The duration varies based on your roof’s size and complexity. The bigger the size or more complex it is, you can expect it to take more time.

Additionally, we apply ice and water shields where needed beforehand.

Work in Progress

In this photo, you are seeing what an on-going roofing project looks like.

Clean Up Process

After completing the replacement and installation project, we clean the roof and remove any debris on the site.

Additionally, we take off and roll up the tarps around your house.

Final Quality Check

Finally, we conduct a last inspection of your roof to verify if it meets the standard while following the local building code.

Additionally, recheck areas highly susceptible to leaks.

Now, your home has a newly installed roofing system.

Asphalt

In this photo, you are seeing a finished asphalt roofing project.

Asphalt

It is one of the most commonly used roofing materials across the nation.

According to Gitnux, around 64% of residential roofs in the United States are installed with Asphalt, it also remains a popular choice in the DFW metroplex.

It stands out for its reliable, cost-effective performance.

With moderate durability, it withstands typical weather well and offers a decent lifespan with proper maintenance. Its affordability makes it a popular choice.

We offer asphalt shingles in three types; tab-3, luxury, and architectural.

There’s an option for what your requirements and budget are.

Finished Project

A close-up look what an asphalt shingle roofing looks like.

Metal

This material excels in Fort Worth’s extreme conditions, whether facing intense heat or hail storms.

Highly durable and corrosion-resistant, it boasts a long lifespan with minimal maintenance.

If installed properly, it can last as long as 40 years!

Also, Its reflective surfaces provide good UV protection.

For instance, a black metal roof has a high SRI (Solar Reflective Index) of 25 to 30, surpassing the score of a black asphalt shingle, which cannot match it.

But, if you want you can choose a lighter color for a higher SRI score.

The higher the score, the more heat the metal will reflect and not absorb.

Also, metal is one of the best materials when it comes to energy-efficient. It can keep your indoor cooler when in the most intense heat.

Standing Seam Metal

Clay & Concrete

Clay and concrete roofing materials offer exceptional performance, with high resistance to harsh weather conditions prevalent in Fort Worth, TX.

Known for their durability, these materials boast impressive longevity, requiring minimal maintenance.

Their UV resistance ensures they withstand the city’s intense sunlight, contributing to a longer lifespan.

They possess a commendable Solar Reflective Index (SRI) score and a timeless aesthetic appeal.

Clay and concrete roofs not only enhance energy efficiency but also elevate the overall look of properties in Fort Worth.

In our opinion, they give your property a Spanish architectural look.

Clay or Concrete

Concrete or Clay materials are quite appealing, but requires quite a bit of maintainence.

Slate

We offer slate in two options, natural and synthetic.

When it comes to aesthetics and beauty, it is hard to find a material that matches slate.

They offer a timeless elegance and beauty that can last for a few decades easily if installed properly.

Apart from appearance, slates are resistant to harsh weather elements.

It can withstand the city’s varied climate, ensuring prolonged durability.

With a favorable UV index, they maintain their aesthetic appeal over time while offering excellent energy efficiency.

SS (2)

Flat Roofing Options

If your home is flat or low-slope, you have the option of choosing materials that are commonly used for commercial properties.

In terms of material, we offer; EPDM, Mod Bit, PVC, and Spray Foam as well.

Each of the materials has different design versatility, but when it comes to performance; they can do the job well if installed properly.

After all, longevity and performance hinges on precise installation and upkeep, ensuring resilience against Fort Worth’s dynamic weather patterns.

All the materials are tailored UV-resistant coatings to enhance durability, safeguarding against the city’s intense sunlight.

Apart from residential, we have also installed roofs for commercial roofs; based on our inspection we can suggest which flat roofing would be the best for your home.
